Re-live
“The
world only honors men it cannot conquer”— Johnson Abbaly.
Childhood had the spark of life, it was the birthing
ground of passion and full of bursts of enthusiasm that made us wonder at life.
We yearned each day in our minds to see our dreams come to a realization.
With each toy story we forged, the future we hoped to
live was designed in our hearts. Childhood was that moment when we weren’t
really scared to be us. We lived life with every cynicism out of the window wan
ran into the meadows with joy to live life like never before.
This pristine ingenuity is the spark that generates
world-class ideas. The ability to be childlike in thinking, but not childish in
execution. That strength we have to dream far and wide, to numb the threats of
failure and forge ahead notwithstanding.
That is the
fuel of creativity, the fuel of the originals.
But we have lost this childlike passion for embracing
the mundane as the norm. To us, heroism is just a myth and to sit on the fence
and go about our everyday lives is our higher call.
The only heroes we celebrate are the ones that deliver
our paychecks. The same trees we yearned to plant, we just eat the fruits and
hope that someday someone would plant another tree.
We have become spectators of our own future, allowing
the weight of financial responsibilities to champion our lives. To dream is a
fallacy, a fantasy we cannot afford.
But the funny part of it all is that those we really
look at today who never failed to dream, are those who really leave their marks
on the footprints of time.
This is so nice 💕💫
